The hills are alive with young skiers and snowboarders! A new study reveals the most common parts of the body that can be injured in these sports.
While snowboarding and skiing are similar, there are slight differences in their injury profile for young athletes. A recent study found that young snowboarders were more at risk for injuries to the arms and hands. Young skiers were more at risk for injuries to the legs and feet, as well as the head.
